The artist has this to say about her inspirations, "I love chiaroscuro lighting, and the colors of life, as well as capturing fleeting moments. As a painter I have been inspired through the years by the figure, faces, flowers, clouds and a host of subjects in God�s beautiful creation. I feel blessed to have had my work awarded through the last 30 years, including top honors at the 6th Annual 'Realism Today'."
Diana Moses been making art since childhood. Having come through the influence of the Abstract Expressionists in college, she later developed her own realism using dramatic compositions and traditional methods and materials.
The artist's career over the last 40 years has encompassed opportunities in commercial art, custom murals, portrait painting, teaching, and writing about art. Her work has been honored with regional and national awards, museum and corporate purchases, and numerous private commissions.
